100 Warisan Budaya “The Intangible Heritage” Yang Diakui Unesco

Warisan Budaya (The Intangible Heritage) adalah sebuah budaya atau kesenian  yang telah dinominasikan untuk program Warisan Dunia internasional yang dikelola UNESCO World Heritage Committee, terdiri dari 21 kelompok (21 state parties) yang dipilih oleh Majelis Umum (General Assembly) dalam kontrak 4 tahun.  Program ini bertujuan untuk mengkatalog, menamakan, dan melestarikan  budaya atau kesenian yang sangat penting agar menjadi warisan manusia dunia. Tempat-tempat, jenis budaya dan kesenian yang didaftarkan dapat memperoleh dana dari Dana Warisan Dunia di bawah syarat-syarat tertentu. Program ini diciptakan melalui Pertemuani Mengenai Pemeliharaan Warisan Kebudayaan dan Alamiah Dunia yang diikuti di oleh Konferensi Umum UNESCO pada 16 November 1972.
